The shipping itself was okay, but customs took longer than I expected and the extra fees were kind of annoying. Weirdly, I remember the tracking page updating at like 2:13 AM and then nothing happening for days. It got here in the end, just not as smoothly as I hoped.

My order sat there for a few days with no updates, that was frustrating. I had to message support because nobody seemed to be on top of it, which shouldn’t have been my job in the first place.

The first reply took too long, and that just made me more annoyed. To be fair, once they finally looked into it properly, they gave me a clear update and explained that the package was already moving, but the tracking had basically gotten stuck.
